On Incentive Problems of Inspiring Administration Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

With fierce talents competition,most higher vocational colleges have carried out personnel reform recently,which exerts certain incentive effects. But as to the incentive measures of the other important groups in vocational colleges-administration staff,always has been ignored. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a survey and analyze the current incentive condition of administration staff in vocational colleges so as to set up suitable incentive mechanism and strategies.
