An analysis on the current situation and influence factors of the woman staffs’ leisure sports in colleges and universities of Hunan province

By using the methods of documents and statistics, we investigated the status quo of the woman staffs’ leisure sports in colleges and universities of Hunan province. The results show that most woman staffs have cognition on body-building, but they are restricted to participate in leisure sports by heavy homework, busy business and partially unwilling to. Based on these conditions, we also put forward some certain countermeasures for it in order to provide several references to develop woman staffs’ leisure sports better.
