Survey and Analyses of the Current Situation of College Students' Leisure Sports in Military Medical Universities

Abstract

This paper attempts to study the current situation of college students' leisure sports in three military medical colleges by means of literature data,interview,questionnaire and statistics.The results show that there are some problems of college students' leisure sports,for instance,monotonous sports activities;inadequate time,frequency and strength,etc.The paper aims to analyze the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures which can provide reference for better carrying out leisure sports activities,enriching sports culture in military universities.
