On Market Allocation of Education Resource

As a kind of important social resource,is educational resource on earth rationally allocated by market,or by government? With extension of discussion on the industrialization of education,problem of allocation of educational resource is put forward on today's agenda The author of this paper thinks that educational market exists objectively and education is an industry;CHANCE is only a process,a state,or a connected series of actions,change,etc We need not debate too much on CHANGE In the condition of the objective existence of supply and requirement,rational allocation of educational resource may follow the way of allocation of economic system in our country in which market allocation plays the major role while government macroscopical regulation and control the minor one
