Abstract
This paper focused on the interior network structure of organization and its influence on knowledge sharing and knowledge recommendation.Firstly,based on the relational theory,using social network analysis(SNA),we selected a scientific research team as object to study and described the formal network structure and the complex network structure which comprises formal network and informal network.Then,we used relational social network measure guideline to contrast and analyze.Finally,we proved that the complex network is more helpful for knowledge circulation and knowledge sharing by the recommendation result of a proposed knowledge sharing model.
