Abstract
As a fundamental industry for economic development,the iron and steel industry plays an irreplaceable role in the national economic construction.With regard to the conflicts and problems in the development of iron and steel industry,this paper discussed some key issues in developing circular economy and establishing an energy-saving and emission-reducing iron and steel industry.
