Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Hebei Steel Industry Environment for the Development of Circular Economy

With the sustained and rapid economic growth of China,conflicts that the shortage of resources and energy and the decline in capacity of ecological environment becoming increasingly prominen,the iron and steel industry,as one of the heavy industries,is facing a more difficult task of energy saving and emission reduction.Developing the circular economy has become a very important and urgent task for the iron and steel industry.This paper based on the ideas and theories of circular economy,builds a set of environmental evaluation index system of developing the circular economy for the iron and steel industry.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it evaluates the steel industry in Hebei Province of circular economy development environment.It aims at combining characteristics of the iron and steel industry and requirements of the development of circular economy,finding support on the external environmental factors to development of circular economy in the iron and steel industry and providing the reference in order to promote development of circular economy in the iron and steel industry.
