Abstract
Taking the subway construction in some city as the example,the paper analyzes the influence of subway construction on surrounding buildings and the measures,makes the settlement check schemes by mastering the dynamic situation of the subway construction process,realizes the control over the buildings' settlement by adopting respective checking scheme,and ensures the smooth operation of the subway construction.
