Abstract

This paper discusses the standard of leaders’decision-making mistakes from the angle of the theory,and analys the reason deeply.From creating a good atmosphere of a culture accountability,set independent assessment of the leadership of the decision-making mistakes and acountable institutions,specifically improve the decision-making system this three aspects presented systematically construction path of leaders’decision-making mistakes.
