Abstract

Taking the Matougang Wastewater Treatment Plant,Zhengzhou as an example,the paper points out the problems to which should be paid attention in the environmental impact assessment of building large municipal wastewater treatment plants and the principles for determining the influent and effluent quality. Enough importance should be given to the positive environmental impact assessment.
