The Effect of Psychological Intervention Nursing in Patients With Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with heart failure. Methods 120 cases of heart failure patients selected from January to2014 December in our hospital in 2014 were made statistics, and the clinical data, and analysis of clinical nursing effect of patients received after psychological intervention, to a month for a course of treatment, to summarize the clinical experience of psychological intervention in the nursing work in heart failure patients. Results 120 patients, 100 cases were significantly improved, 18 cases had no obvious improvement, 2 cases of deterioration, the improvement rate was 83.33%.Patients with psychological problems of patients have obvious psychological problems have been solved very well. Conclusion It has a positive effect of psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with heart failure, is worth the clinical promotion.
