Abstract
In this experiment, hybridoma cell strains were developed by fusion of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells isolated from a BALB/C mouse which was immunized with the purified AIV DZJ/1100.The McAb cell strains were determined by indirect ELISA coated with recombinant NP protein of AIV and IFA.The specific results of H5 McAb,which react to H5-AIV by IFA method, suggest the McAb had a good specificity to H5 AIV and could be used abtain to the H5 subtype AIV.The subtypes of McAb belong to IgG1 and k strains.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
