Abstract
Objective To observe the fluctuation of uric acid in serum on mouse after replicating model by using hypoxanthine and uricase inhibitor.Make certain the most proper approach and solvent for using uricase inhibitor.Method Different approach and solvent were adopted for using uricase inhibitor, inspect the uric acid in serum at different periods of time. Results Hypoxanthine was administered via stomach, while uricase inhibitor was injected subcutaneously by lanolin mixed with olefin, which made the uric acid in serum higher than control group about 12 hours. Conclusion Uricase inhibitor was given subcutaneously by lanolin mixed with olefin in acute animal model with Hyperuricemia on rat, which has the characters of high uric acid and maintaining a long time.
