Abstract
Sports——this old human sport, what it not merely displayed is competitiveness , recreational activities in the modern society,it has an instinct of strengthening human development and should be more conspicuous. This text attempts to prove in the modern society, sports has irreplaceable function on modern people's own development. This text warns people that sports is components of people's modern social life, it will be on physical power, on the emotion, the life content come up to remedy the modern's defect.
