Abstract
The formation and evolution of library services concept at home and abroad was recalled,the definition and the role of the concept of library services was analysised and researched comprehensively,through reference library satisfaction with the evaluation chart,the author put forward the feasible project of the service concept that the modern library should have,in order to promote the development of the library.
