Abstract
In order to further implement thehealth firstguiding ideology,strengthen the physical education in colleges and universities nation,promote students to actively participate in physical exercise,develop good exercise habits,and promote the formation of students' consciousness of lifelong sports,improve the contemporary college students' physical health,this paper made survey on 486Tibetan college students from Hunan Vocational College of Nationalities,explored their healthy lifestyle,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.In order to provide theoretical basis for the national university sports educational reform,but also provide reference for the administrative departments of education administration.
