Abstract
[Objective] Study the effect of inoculating with the ectotrophic mycorrhizal fungi on the Quercus variabilis seedling growth.[Method] Ectotrophic mycorrhizal fungi of Laccaria laccat,Boletus eduis,Gomphidius viscidus,Suillus grecillei and Suillus luteus were selected to study the effect of inoculating on the Quercus variabilis seedling growth.[Result] The ectotrophic mycorrhizal fungi had the evident promoting effects on the Quercus variabilis seedling growth and absorbtion of the N,P and K nutrient, the inoculated seedling height, thickness, biomass and N,P and K contents increased evidently.[Conclusion]L.l,S.l,G.v are the excellent strains for Quercus variabilis.
