Abstract
Effect of inoculating with the ectotrophic mycorrhizal epiphyteon on seedling growth was studied in this paper. The results showed that inoculation with the ectotrophic mycorrhizal epiphyteon could enhance the regeneration capability of Tsuga longibracteata in lean soil area.Ectotrophic mycorrhiza had the evident promoting effects on the growth of T.longibracteata seedlings and the absorption of nutrient. The inoculated seedling height, root biomass, leaf biomass and the contents of N,P and K increase significantly, and the mycorrhizal infective rate was over 75%,which all at significant level as compared with the control. But inoculation with the ectomycorrhiza had not evident effects on biomass distribution in roots, stems and leaves of T.longibracteata.
