Abstract
To resolve the controversy over benefits and to lessen the conflict over benefits is a precondition and basis for the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,whether we can resolve the controversy and lessen the conflict over benefits of the contemporary Chinese society has become an important issue as far as the reform and opening-up is concerned.
