Abstract

In order to consummate further the theory of design and calculation of straight-push-rod linear reducer, here the calculation of three-dimensional finite element on the basis of analysis force and two-dimensional finite element analysis is carried on. It takes rear rack and dense rack which are two important parts of straight-push-rod linear reducer as research objects. Adopting the large-scare FEM software ANSYS , it gains the distribution of internal stress and deformation for two racks, and draws the conclusion which is of practice significance .
