Abstract

A finite element analysis model for transmission system of three-ring gear reducer is built in ANSYS environment. Then the statics analysis is carried out to obtain the reaction acting on main parts such as internal gears and shaft bearings. The experiment results indicate that the finite element analysis model has satisfactory accuracy.
