Abstract
The volume of energy consumption in Henan Province is increasing up and down in recent years,with industrial enterprise holding the absolute proportion.The type of energy consumption is mainly coal in addition to petrol and gas.The intensity of energy consumption is decreasing in recent years,but above the average level of that of national energy consumption.The elastic coefficient of energy consumption is increasing in recent years,but below the average level of that of national energy consumption.The elastic coefficient of energy production is decreasing sharply in recent years,whereas below the average level of that of national.The crucial of energy consumption saving is the transformation of notion in energy consumption and the mechanism constitution of energy consumption.
