Another dimension of a new socialist countryside,improving farmers' welfare

At the crucial stage of modernization drive,the issues about agriculture,rural areas and farmers,have been more and more significant,which remind us to reflect the modernization strategy and urbanization strategy in China.According to the scientific viewpoint of development and the concept of harmonious society,taking the road of building a socialist countryside is the important strategy to solve the issues about agriculture,rural areas and farmers at the height of urban-rural overall planning at the historical stage.The renewed a socialist countryside is not only new wine in old bottles,but really increasing the weight and quality in the new wine.Through studying the latest speech of General Secretary Hu Jintao about the construction of a socialist countryside,from the angle of view,this paper analyzes the farmers' welfare conditions and puts forward the basic goal of building a socialist countryside,so as to improve the farmers' welfare,and to let Chinese farmers enjoy the modern life of the equivalent homogeneity with Chinese characteristics.
