Guarantee of right of the victims of the criminal cases in the criminal procedure

Abstract

For a long time,the focus for which the field of justice cares has been on the guarantee of the right of the criminal defendants and maintenance of their dignity.However the guarantee of right or dignity of the victims of the criminal cases in the criminal procedure has been neglected. On the basis of investigation into the causes for neglect of the guarantee of the criminal victims,this paper puts forward some measures for solution to this problem so that our field of justice will pay great attention to the guarantee of right of the victims of the criminal cases.
