Abstract

In recent years,academics and practitioners are very concerned with the hot issue of the company's financial distress.There are many reasons that bring about financial distress,but the linchpin is corporate governance issues.Based on the induction and evaluation of files about corporate governance and financial distress,we put forward the paths of getting out of financial distress by listed companies.
