Abstract
Objective:To sum up the new development on relationship between nerve growth factor and its P75 receptor and apoptosis.Methods:10 up to date related papers have been reviewed.Results:Nerve growth factor binds to its receptor P75,or just P75 could transfer dead signal and result in cell death.Conclusions:Nerve growth factor and its receptor P75 mediated apoptosis.
