Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension.METHODS:112 patients with primary hypertension were given Levamlodipine besylate tablets 2.5 mg per day.The blood pressure and heart rate of patients were observed 8 weeks later.RESULTS:Both the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 112 patients with primary hypertension lowered markedly after 8 weeks of treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure both had statistical significance P0.05).Total effective rate was 88.4% and heart rate lowered than base line,there was statistical significance(P0.05).Severe ADR was not found during treatment.CONCLUSION:Levamlodipine besylate tablets are effective and safe in the treatment of primary hypertension with less ADR and good compliance.
