Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [Ni(C_(18)H_(22)N_2O_4)·2CH_3OH]

The novel nickel complex,[Ni(C18H22N2O4)· 2CH3OH],has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The central atom Ni(Ⅱ) is six-coordinate with two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen in a distorted octahedral configuration.
