In view of characteristics, the higher vocational college's students, in order to be cultivated to have strong professionalskills and practical ability, The teaching of C language program and design in higher vocational college, must make the proper re-form, the reform effect is as follows: students can have clear idea of program design steps;Students can write well programming lan-guage;Students can well use programming technology into practice.
