Fauna characteristics and species differentiation of the Phaoniinae (Diptera:Muscidae)in Shanxi province

To do faunal characteristics analyse and species differentiation of Phaoniinae in Shanxi province.Methods: The investigation was conducted by insect taxonomy theory,biodiversity analysis and biogeography theory.Results:A total of 92species,4genera and 2tribes of Phaoniinae were found in Shanxi province.Domestic species of Shanxi and species from other province of China accounted for 36.96%and 30.44%separately of all known species of the Phaoniinae in China,combined accounted for 67.40%;Palearctic species accounted for 13.04%.There also have some oriental species invaded.This paper analyzes the characteristics of this kind of insect fauna composition in the region;the trend of domestic species differentiation is discussed.Conclusion:Results showed that the characteristics of Phaoniinae in Shanxi province were rich,various,endemism and with high species differentiation.
