The status of procuratorial authority in the constitutional government refers to the position or status of such an authority in a nation's constitutional or political system.The present writer intends to analyze the status of the authority in China,believing that procuratorial authority in China is a basic,independent power of the nation,and that it stands side by side with the executive authority and judicial authority.
