Abstract
The vertical motor’s vibration is one universal phenomenon with many reasons. Vertical motor’s vibration from the base of motor and pump bearing’s stiffness and the unbalance of rotor are analyzed. Adopting ANSYS software to analysis the modal and transient kintics of the vertical motor and get to the structure of the natural frequency and transient response. Basis on the existing rigidity of the structure can meet the requirements, the structural design optimization, then analysis and comparing the result of optimization design with the original structure are carried out, which have an important instruction function for designing vertical motor with better rigidity and stability.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
