Abstract

Objective To compare the effect of sufentanil and fentanyl in total intravenous anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation and investigate the optimum medication scheme. Methods Eighty selective gynecological laparoscopic operations with total intravenous anesthesia,ASAⅠor Ⅱ,randomly be divided into sufentanil group(group S,n=40) and fentanyl group(group F,n=40).Sufentanil and fentanyl be used with equivalent analgesic dose.To record the SP,DP and HR at foreinduction(T0),before tracheal intubation(T1),tracheal intubation(T2),5 minutes after tracheal intubation(T3),laparoscopy(T4),5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T5),10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T6),5 minutes before extubation(T7) and the moment of extubation(T8).The time of spontaneous breath, the time of extubation, the frequency of sufentanil/fentanyl supplement be also recorded. Results Sufentanil and fentanyl were found the inhibitory effect on the circulation during induction.Compared with the fentanyl group, the stabilization effect on circulation in sufentanil group was obviously increased during and after the operation.Under the equivalent analgesic dose, the frequency of sufentanil supplement was lower than that of fentanyl group. The time of spontaneous breath and the time of extubation in sufentail group were shorter than that in fentanyl group. Conclusion Under the equivalent analgesic dose, the stabilization on circulation and anesthesia recovery using sufentail was superior to that using fentanyl.
