Exploration of Teaching Reform in Food Engineering Principles Course

Abstract

Principles of food engineering is an important professional basic course in the specialties of food science and engineering,and food quality and security. Based on our teaching practice,we preliminarily explore the teaching innovation of the curriculum from aspects of classroom and experimental teaching to improve teaching quality, accelerate the teaching reform,and promote the curriculum development of food engineering principles.
