Taking the Scientific Development View as a Guide to Construct Socialist Harmonious Society

Abstract

The belief of constructing harmonious society is advanced in the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, which indicates that our country has entered a new period of the socialist construction. How will we construct harmonious society? The CCP advances to take the Scientific Development View as a guide to construct harmonious society. Only by insisting on the Scientific Development View, can we achieve the aim of constructing harmonious society.
