Abstract

The scientific development view is not only a best interpretation for the mode of development with Chinese feature,but also a scientific understanding of the objective laws for China's modernization,and the guideline for us in the construction of a harmonious well-off society.Therefore the scientific development view has indicated the right way to and established the foundation for a harmonious society.
