Abstract

This article introduces the definition of industrial cluster and analyses the economical and social benefit of the strategy of industrial cluster.In the light of the present situation of the development of county economy in Henan,this paper discusses the role of the strategy of industrial cluster and advances the way to cultivate and develop the industrial clusters in counties.
