Abstract
A new method was established for determination of 16 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in water by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry with solid-phase extraction. The organochlorine pesticides were extracted from water with HLB SPE cartridge, eluted with ethyl acetate, detected by selected ion monitoring mode and phenanthrene-d10 as internal standard.By optimizing condition of solid-phase extraction, the results showed good linearity for 16 kinds of organochlorine pesticides ranging from 5.00 μg/L to 250 μg/L;method detection limits between 1.4 ng/L and 19.4 ng/L(1 L sample);RSD between 3.5% and 20.0%;and average spiked recoveries between 44.7% and 119%.
