Abstract

The photosynthetic character study of leaves in perennial evergreen arbor Ficus Microcarpa L.F. was determined with the Li-6400 Photosynthetic system. The results showed that the curve of daily of Ficus Microcarpa L.F. net photosynthetic rate was a double-peak curve and there was a clear depression at noon. Its first peak occurred at 10:00a.m, the second one at 15:00p.m. The maximum of photosynthetic rate was 4.72 μmol/(m2·s). Correlation analysis showed that there was positive relation between photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate. There was a negative relation between stomatal conductance and internal CO2 concentration. The light compensation was 85 μmol/(m2·s),its light saturation point was 1 350 μmol/(m2·s). The light compensation and saturation point indicated that Ficus Microcarpa L.F. was a litter shade-resistant plant and it could not bear the glare.
