Abstract

Objective To discuss the efficacy of edaravone on the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage(CH). Methods 120 acute CH cases were divided into treatment group(n=60) and control group(n=60) randomly. Edaravone was given to the treatment group at a dose of 30 mg, twice a day, for 14 days. Meanwhile, the basic treatment were taken. Results the total clinic valid rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, the control group was 63.3%. There were significan difference between the treatment group and control group (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group obviously. Conclusions Edaravone has a obvious effect on the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage.
