Abstract
In the course of electronic government's construction, the circulation of electronic official documents is an importan part of electronic government activity. But it is impossibleto prove its authenticity by the traditionalstamp or manual signature. So it is necessary to adapt the technology of digital signature through network. The digital signature technology and RSA algorithm were analyzed, then the digital signature on electronic officialdocuments was analyzed, finally this technology was realizedby C#, and ultimately the security problem in the circulation of electronic official documents was solved.
