Abstract
With the development of information technology as well as the thorough implement of e-government, the traditional paper-based form of the official documents is replaced by the electronic form. Such change inevitably causes security question in the official documents processing flow. From the reason of difficultly solving the root extraction problem defined over braid groups, an identity-based digital signature scheme of electronic official document is proposed in this paper. It is explained that the attacker can forge a signature if only he can solve the root extraction problem defined over braid groups. The analyzed results show that the proposed scheme is effective and feasible.
