Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Feiqizhong Tablets.METHODS The Lindley eupatorium herb,Epimedium brevicornum maxim,Fructus psoraleae,Radix astragali and Radix salviae miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC.The content of icariin was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The spots in TLC were quite clear,the linear range of icariin was 0.4464～2.2232μg(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 100.3% with RSD=0.7%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method was reliable,specific and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Feiqizhong Tablets.
