Abstract

Objective: To Evaluate patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia using amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium two drugs in combination therapy clinical results. Methods: 54 patients with hypertension associated with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to July 2013 were included for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,27 cases in each group. Among control patients antihypertensive treatment alone, and treatment of patients in this group on the basis of lipid- lowering therapy, patients were retrospectively analyzed with clinical data, clinical results to compare. Results: The treatment of patients with joint group, the total effective rate was 96. 30%( 26 cases) and control group in the treatment of patients with the total effective rate was 55. 56%( 15 cases). Two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). A joint group of patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure to improve the situation better than the control group patients, two groups of patients were compared with a statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). And after treatment in patients with blood lipid indicators had improved significantly, the two groups of patients were compared with blood lipid improvement statistically difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: For patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium combination with better clinical effect than simply price.
