ANALYSIS OF CSWS BEHAVIOR SUPERVISION IN KAILI OF 2009

[Objective] To learn the knowledge and dangerous action level about Aids,so as to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control.[Methods] We performed investigation for CSWs with questionnaire.[Results] The awareness of Aids knowledge was only 75.5%,and awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in different minorities and fields showed significantly difference.Only 86.3% of the CSWs used the contraceptives in the recent commercial sex.The condom use of CSWs in the recent month of commercial sex was 68.8%.47.0% of the CSWs had symptoms and reactions of this disease.49.5% these people chose formal hospitals to be treated.75.0% of the CSWs were trained the information about Aids prevention.[Conclusion] The CSWs in kaili have extremely dangerous Aids hidden behaviors.On the one hand we should do more activities to train the whores.On the other hand,the government should do more actions to interfere,so that to protect the disease transferring to the general public from sex service people.
