Abstract
This article describes a new method for the spectrophotometric determination of vitamin C. It is based on the red solution of [Fe(SCN)_x]~(3-x) being faded by vitamin C. In the presence of HAc-NaAc buffer solution ,the content of vitamin C in drug is determined. Beer′s Law is obeyed in the range of 0-403.2mg/L.This method has less interference and the experiment shows it is simple and rapid. The result is satisfied.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
