Abstract

Flow injection analysis is used to detect the contents of NO-2 and NO-3 in fishpond water samples. The 1-Naphthylamine hydrochloride and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid are used as chromogenic agents. The content of NO-2 is detected at 500 nm.The NO-3 in fishpond water samples is pre-deoxidhed to NO-2 by zinc powder under dilute acetic acid and then detected in the same condition. The linear range is 0.10×10-6~3.00×10-6 mol·L-1 for NO-2 with a detection limit of 0.038×10-6 mol·L-1 and 0.10×10-6~3.00×10-6 mol·L-1 for NO-3 a detection limit of 0.040×10-6 mol·L-1.The determining frequency for NO-2 is 80 h-1.
