Abstract

China has had a history of bilingual education.In recent years,with the deepening Of reform,further opening up and frequent cooperation and communication with foreign countries and regions, bilingual education has become a new landing point of quality education. However, people have misunderstood the essence of bilingual education more or less. Hence, the essence of bilingual education and the two phenomena of bilingual education in modern China is to be expounded for clarification.
