Abstract

【ObjectiveT】o investigate the effects of different calcium supplements on bone metabolism in rats.【Method】 Weaning female SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups of calcium nano chelatc, alcium citrate malateL,-aspartic acid calcium, yak bone calciumc, attle bone calcium, coral calcium, fish bone calcium, control groups of calcium carbonate and low calcium, and fed on different calcium supplements and low calcium in semi-purified diets respectively.Bone metabolic index was compared among different groups.【Result】The BMD of the femoral neck in group of calcium nano chelat, calcium citrate malate and calcium L-aspartic acid was higher than that of calcium control and low calcium groups(P0.05.) The bone calcium in group of calcium L-aspartic acid was higher than that of cattle bone calciumf, ish bone calcium and calcium carbonate control group(P0.05.) Serum alkaline phosphatase in group of cattle bone calcium was higher than that of calcium carbonate control group(P0.05.) 【Conclusion】 Effect of calcium L-aspartic acid on bone metabolism is better than other calcium supplements.
