Rethinking the current situation and reform of physical education teaching based on the perspective of competition

Currently, in school physical education there are the following signs of deviation: vague understanding of the nature of physical education teaching due to overly emphasizing competition elements; it was difficult to exert the actual effect of playgrounds and equipment; course teaching contents were too competitive and teaching implementation manners were too professional etc. Starting with the remodeling of competitive sports playgrounds and equipment, competitive sports events and professionalized teaching manners, the authors thought about such an issue as applying competitive sports as a means to physical education teaching.
